Today was kind of a yucky day. It was a long weekend and not in a good way. So, I’m still trying to catch up from that and today’s weather didn’t help.
Today’s lazy photo. Playing with distance with magnifying glasses.

I love being out after dark and I love the stars. I started playing around with long exposure photographs a few months ago when we were camping, but I wanted to try it locally, too. We live in a small city, so I wasn’t sure how well these photos would turn out with the light pollution.

A bit later.
Reed has been learning some yoga at school and has been so proud to show me some of his moves at home. He is offering lessons in person, but the cost is steep…being his sister.

To offer a lower cost option, I asked him to help me write a blog post. He happily agreed and helped me pick out the photos, what order they went in and wrote the captions. The following workout is a mix of yoga, somersaults and flips. Enjoy!

Reed balances on yoga. This is the tree.

I am standing only on my head. And maybe Milo can do it.

I am laying on the ground like a broken sign.

I am standing on my head without even my legs moving (but I’m really doing a flip).
This is an easy one, because as a parent, it’s something I spend a lot of time engaging in or observing. We spent 2 hours today at playgrounds!
This girl has gained so much physical strength since she started school in August. She has learned how to swing, how to flip on the bars like this, and just today, she went across monkey bars for the first time!
