I do NOT have any new news of Celia. I am waiting to hear if she was already transferred to an older child internat or possibly taken into foster care. Foster care means that she would now be with a family, but unavailable for adoption internationally. If she is in an older child internat, she could be adopted, depending on the internat. I am not sure what is the best for her. I do hope that she has a family. A forever family. A foster family. Someone who loves her and is caring for her.
